You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Orders received Monday thru Friday by 2 pm EST will be processed on the same business day or 1 business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 2 pm on Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 2 pm EST to be processed on the same business day. Orders received after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. Same day processing excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Canceling or Changing Orders
Most orders placed to enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us immediately when you wishing to cancel or change an order.
Tracking Says “Delivered;” Package Not Received
Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.
If you have waited a couple of days and you still don’t have the package:
See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package’s location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If your package was shipped via UPS, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call UPS and see if this is possible.
If you don’t receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Please note that carriers may deliver packages
up until 6 p.m.
Undeliverable as Addressed-Return Package
If the item comes back to us as “undeliverable as addressed”, the shipping cost will not be refundable. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Items purchased at BeautyTownUSA.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt by mail.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
If returned items are not the same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with the shipping charge.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged.
Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
The refund will be made to your original payment method.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an BeautyTownUSA.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
